Magda & Ola

Meet us!

💡It all started with a joint yoga & mindfulness retreat, which Magda co-organized and Ola attended. After returning, the two began meeting for online coffee chats, discussing work, Social Media, and inspiration for English lessons. Today, they create digital materials that help teachers lead engaging and valuable classes, because those are the kinds of lessons we offer ourselves.

Magdalena Grygolec

is a CELTA-certified teacher (British Council, Kraków, 2010) and holds a degree in linguistics (Translation & Interpreting, University of Warsaw, 2009, and University of Westminster, London, 2011). She is also a certified mindfulness trainer for children and young people (Youth Mindfulness, Bristol, 2018) and a facilitator of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program (Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Germany, and POLIM Foundation, Poland, 2019). With almost 20 years of experience in education, she has worked in both Poland and the UK as an English language teacher, coordinator of summer language courses, and an Academic Director. In recent years, she has focused on mindfulness training for adults, children and educational staff. In her lessons, she integrates elements of brain science and the nervous system, along with mindfulness. She loves grammar, and during summer courses, colleagues and students would often call her the "Grammar Witch 🧙‍♀️." Her creative spirit helps her create interesting and engaging materials for both students and teachers. She strongly believes in neuroesthetics – the idea that beautiful and well-designed learning materials not only engage students but also enhance cognitive processes, making learning more effective and enjoyable.
