1. General Information

The online store teacherfulmaterials.pl, available at www.teacherfulmaterials.com, is operated by Aleksandra Choińska, conducting business under the name Kreatywny Angielski Aleksandra Choińska, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP: 7182162923, REGON: 523029059.

These Terms and Conditions are addressed to Consumers and set out the rules and procedures for concluding a Distance Sales Agreement with the Consumer via the Store.
2. Definitions

Consumer – a person who enters into an agreement with the Seller within the Store, which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Seller – Aleksandra Choińska, conducting business under the name KREATYWNY ANGIELSKI ALEKSANDRA CHOIŃSKA, entered into CEIDG, NIP: 7182162923, REGON: 523029059.

Client – any entity making a purchase via the Store.

Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity under a separate law, conducting business activity on their own behalf, using the Store.

Store – the online store operated by the Seller at teacherfulmaterials.com

Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded with the Client as part of an organized system of distance contracting (within the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication until the agreement is concluded.

Terms and Conditions – these Store regulations.

Order – a declaration of the Client’s will submitted via the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement for a Product(s) with the Seller.

Account – the Client’s account in the Store, containing data provided by the Client and information about Orders placed by them.

Registration Form – a form available in the Store enabling the creation of an Account.

Order Form – an interactive form in the Store allowing placement of an Order, especially by adding Products to the Cart and specifying the terms of the Sales Agreement, including delivery and payment methods.

Cart – part of the Store’s software where selected Products are visible and where Order data can be modified, especially product quantity.

Product – a movable item/service available in the Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller.

Sales Agreement – a contract of sale for a Product concluded or entered into between the Client and the Seller via the online Store.

4. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing Orders, the following are required:
a. a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser,
b. an active email account,
c. cookies enabled.
5. General Information

The Seller is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any disruptions (including interruptions) in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Store with the Client’s technical infrastructure.

Prices listed in the Store are in Polish złoty (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT).

The Store sells digital products (eBooks in PDF format). These are considered digital content under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

The Buyer is not permitted to:

publish,
-
reproduce,

remove copyright or technical protections,
-
rent it out,
-
use it for any commercial purposes.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized persons access the Product in digital or printed form. If such misuse is detected, the Seller may pursue legal claims against the Buyer for violating rights to the specific Product.
6. Order Delivery
Products purchased by the Buyer are delivered via email. Once payment is received, the Product becomes available for download.
Online payments are handled by Przelewy24, Stripe, and PayPal.
The Store provides fast electronic payments directly to the Seller's account via these systems. An Order is confirmed once the payment is received.
Completing a transaction may require registration or accepting the terms of the selected payment system, which are separate from these Terms and Conditions. The Buyer is responsible for reading and accepting those terms.
An electronic invoice is issued for each Order.
If "bank transfer" is selected, the Buyer will receive an email with payment instructions after clicking "Buy and Pay."
If "Przelewy24" is selected, the Buyer will be redirected to the Przelewy24 platform. After payment, the Buyer is redirected back to the confirmation page, at which point the Sales Agreement is considered concluded.
If a refund is necessary (e.g., for card payments), the Seller will return funds to the bank account associated with the Buyer’s payment card or using the same method of payment, unless another method is agreed upon.
7. Order Fulfillment
After the Buyer places and pays for an Order, they will receive an email confirmation with the pdf.
If "bank transfer" is selected, payment must be made within 2 days of placing the Order.
The digital product will be delivered within 24 hours of the payment being credited. If payment is not received within 2 days, the Order is considered void.
Order fulfillment means sending the pdf to the Buyer via the system. The Seller is not responsible for technical failures beyond their control but will promptly resend the materials if needed.
